Now, over three decades later, an arrest has been made in the case. In March of 1988, Brochu was found deceased in the Sebasticook River in Pittsfield. That was the last time Brochu was seen alive. But, she was feeling like she was going to throw up, so he refused to give her a ride. One of the men said he would make sure she got home. As Brochu was only 20 years old, and the legal drinking age in Maine at the time was 21, she was kicked out of the bar.
